Refund and Cancellation Policy for GxP Trainings

GxP Trainings is committed to providing high-quality online training in Good Practice (GxP) qualifications. Prospective learners are advised to review the refund policy prior to completing a purchase.

1. No Refunds for Exam or Assessment Failure

Upon purchase of a GxP Trainings course, learners receive access to study materials and the final exam or questionnaires.

Refunds or credits are not provided in cases where a learner does not pass an exam or questionnaire. Learners are responsible for adequately preparing for and understanding the course material prior to attempting the final assessment. Purchasing a course grants the opportunity to complete the training and take the exam, but does not guarantee a passing grade.

If a learner does not pass the assessment on the first attempt, the course guidelines should be consulted for information regarding retake policies, which may involve an additional fee.

2. Technical Issues on the Learner’s Side

Refunds are not issued for technical issues arising from the learner’s equipment or internet service provider. Such issues include, but are not limited to:

  • Unstable internet connections cause video buffering or disconnection.
  • Outdated browser or operating system incompatibility.
  • Hardware failures (e.g., computer crash, audio malfunction) on the user’s end.

Learners are responsible for reviewing and meeting the technical requirements specified on the GxP Trainings website prior to enrollment.

3. Refunds Due to GxP Trainings, learners are entitled to a refund if a service is not provided as advertised due to a fault attributable to GxP Trainings.

A full refund is available only in the following situations: a critical failure of the GxP Trainings website that prevents access to purchased course material for a continuous period of 7 days, making it impossible to complete the training within the designated access period.

  • Server or IT Infrastructure Failure: A failure on our servers or IT systems that causes permanent loss of your course progress or prevents access to your account, and which we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Course Cancellation: If a live webinar is cancelled or a self-paced course is permanently removed after purchase and before completion, the learner is entitled to a full refund.

Refund Request Procedure for Technical Failure:
To request a refund under these specific conditions, learners must contact GxP Trainings within 7 days of the incident at info@gxptrainings.com. The request should include the learner’s full name, order number, and a detailed description of the technical issue.

  • All tuition or course fees for courses that have been accessed or started, provided the service was available as described.
  • Fees for study materials that have already been downloaded or accessed.

5. Cancellation of Registration by the Learner

If you wish to cancel your registration and request a refund for a reason other than those listed in Section 3, you may do so only if you have not yet accessed the course materials. If you cancel before accessing the course, we may offer a refund minus an administrative fee (up to the legal limit, where applicable) or a full credit toward a future course. No refunds will be given after course access has begun.
