GxP Trainings courses are developed by experts and rigorously peer reviewed to incorporate various perspectives and ensure accuracy, completeness, and overall quality. In addition, we review them on an ongoing basis to make sure they align with the most current thinking and federal requirements.
2. Does GxP Trainings accept course/content suggestions?
Yes. All new suggestions are welcomed at GxP Trainings can submit the ideas at info@gxptrainings.com.
3. Is the content kept up-to-date?
Yes, courses are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure consistency with the most recent mandates and thinking. We also stay on top of changes to regulations and update relevant course content accordingly.
4. How long does it take to complete a course?
GxP Trainings courses consist of various modules that contain detailed content, images, supplemental materials (such as case studies), and a quiz. The modules vary in length, and learners may require different amounts of time to complete them based on their familiarity and knowledge of the topic. As a rule of thumb, modules are designed to take about 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
5. How do learners document completion of a course?
Learners can download a completion report for courses they have finished with a passing score anytime online by logging into their account. This report can be printed or shared by a unique online link when needed.
6. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” or “Lost Password” link on the login page. Instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
7. Can I share my account with a colleague?
No. Each account is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is a violation of our Terms of Service, as it compromises the security of your account and the integrity of your training records.
8. What should I do if I suspect my account has been compromised?
You should immediately change your password and contact our support team at info@gxptrainings.com to report the issue.
9. I accidentally created two accounts. Can they be merged?
Yes, in most cases we can help merge duplicate accounts. Please contact our support team with the email addresses associated with both accounts to request a merge.

18. The course video/quiz isn’t loading properly. What should I do?

19. I’m having trouble launching a course I just purchased.

Certificates & Records
24. How do I get my course completion certificate?
Once you have successfully passed the course quiz with the required score, a “Download Certificate” button will appear on the course page. You can download your certificate immediately.
25. My certificate is lost. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, you can log into your account at any time to access and re-download certificates for all courses you have successfully completed.
